Turkey And Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Black eye peas 2 Can (20 oz), drained and rinsed
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed
  Dark raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For dressing:
  Non fat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Non fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine beans, celery, onion, turkey, raisins and pineapple in large bowl.
Cover and chill.
Combine dressing ingredients until smooth.
