|Celeriac||1 Large (Celery Root)|
|Broth/Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or As Required)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tarragon/Wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Caraway seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Plain yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Cucumber||1 , thinly sliced|
|Stalk celery||1 , sliced|
Cut into bite-sized pieces and cook, covered, in 1 inch broth or salted boiling water until tender.
Drain and cool.
It should make 3 cups.
Mix together mustard, salt, vinegar, seeds, yogurt, and sugar.
Stir into celeriac along with cucumber and celery.
Mound on lettuce.
Garnish with radishes if you like.
