Jellied Cranberry Salad
|Apples||2 Large, cored but not peeled|
|Orange||1 Large, washed (Skin On)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Seedless white grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon gelatin dessert||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Put cranberries, apples and orange through the food grinder using the coarse attachment.
Add sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
Add nuts and grapes.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add to 3 cups of the cranberry mixture and chill until firm in a lightly oiled 1 quart ring mold.
Serve remaining cranberry mixture,as a relish.
It may be stored in the refrigerator for several weeks.
