Garden Salad Toss

Ingredients
For sweet sour dressing
  Torn salad greens 2 Quart (assorted romaine or Iceberg lettuce, endive, spinach or escarole)
  Cucumber 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Green pepper 1 Small, cut into 1 x 1/8 inch strips
  Red onion 1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced into rings
  Cherry tomatoes 12 , cut into halves
  Fresh bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed and drained
  Diced cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Prepare Sweet-Sour Dressing.
2. Place salad greens, cucumber, green pepper, onion, tomatoes and bean sprouts in large salad bowl; toss lightly. Pour 3/4 cup of the dressing over salad. Gently toss salad until greens are coated.
3. Arrange chicken over top of salad. Pour remaining dressing evenly over chicken; sprinkle with ground pepper.
