Green Salad With Tangy Oil And Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients
  Boston lettuce head 2
  Butter lettuce heads 2
  Romaine lettuce head 1
  Belgian endives 2
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Olive oil 10 Tablespoon
  Herb vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1) Wash and separate the lettuce. Drain. Refrigerate until crisp. Rub the inside of a cold salad bowl with garlic. Tear the lettuce and place into the bowl.
2) Combine the olive oil, herb vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Pour over the salad and serve.
