  Buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Crushed green peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop
  Lemon juice 2 Drop
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix together. Correct seasoning and serve over fresh salad greens.
