Spinach And Walnut Salad
|Red onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Fresh spinach||1 Pound, washed, dried and stemmed|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped and toasted|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed, drained, and dried|
1) Place the onion in a large bowl. Add the spinach on top. Sprinkle with raisins and nuts. Serve with your favorite French dressing.
