Sweet Potato Fruit Salad

  Peeled cubed cooked sweet potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped red delicious apples 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Seedless green grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced bananas 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Plain non fat yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar/1 1/2 packets sweet 'n lo 1 Tablespoon
  Grated orange peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon

Place the potatoes and fruit in a large bowl and mix together.
Miix all the other ingredients in a smaller bowl and pour over sweet potatoes and fruit to coat.
Chill before serving.
