Ingredients
  Hard-boiled eggs 6 , chopped
  Finely chopped dill pickle 3 Tablespoon (About 1 Medium Pickle)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon (To Taste)
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. If not eaten straight from the bowl, egg salad is especially good on lightly toasted white sandwich bread.
