|Hard-boiled eggs||6 , chopped|
|Finely chopped dill pickle||3 Tablespoon (About 1 Medium Pickle)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon (To Taste)|
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. If not eaten straight from the bowl, egg salad is especially good on lightly toasted white sandwich bread.
