Imperial Salad

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound, pared and cooked
  Carrots 2 , pared, sliced in julienne and blanched
  Apple 1 , peeled and sliced in julienne
  Egg yolk vinaigrette 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine vegetables with apple in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add vinaigrette and mix well.
