|Green beans||1 Pound, pared and cooked|
|Carrots||2 , pared, sliced in julienne and blanched|
|Apple||1 , peeled and sliced in julienne|
|Egg yolk vinaigrette||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine vegetables with apple in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add vinaigrette and mix well.
