Lobster Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Hot water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Uncooked long grain white rice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine water, rice, onion, parsley, lemon peel, salt, bouillon and dill.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 minutes.
Reduce power to 70% (Medium High).
Microwave for 12 to 19 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
