Pineapple Orange Gelatin Salad

Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple in juice 20 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Sugar free orange flavored gelatin 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Low fat buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen fat free whipped topping 4 Cup (64 tbs), thawed and divided
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Cooking spray 1
  Chopped pecans 8 Teaspoon, toasted
Directions

1. Bring pineapple in juice to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat,-gradually add gelatin, stirring 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves. Pour into a large bowl, and cool 30 minutes.
2. Add buttermilk to pineapple mixture, cover and chill 20 minutes or until the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold in 3 cups whipped topping and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
3. Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover,- chill at least 4 hours or until set.
4. Cut salad into squares.
