Frozen Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce, softened (2 packages, 3-ounce each)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Canned whole berry cranberry sauce 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sifted powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 3
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple, and pecans.
Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
Stir in vanilla.
Fold whipped cream mixture into cranberry mixture.
Spoon mixture into an 8-inch square dish.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Cut into squares, and serve on lettuce leaves.
Garnish, if desired.
