Mam And Turkey Salad
|Mayonnaise||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Diced cooked turkey||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Diced cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Lettuce leaves||2 , halved|
Blend mayonnaise, curry powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
Combine turkey, ham, almonds, and grapes in a large container. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss until well coated.
Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves and garnish with additional seedless grapes.
