Dixieland Yum Yum Salad

Ingredients
  Knox gelatin 1 Ounce (1 box)
  Cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cheese 1 Pound, grated
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (from 1 lemon)
  Cream 1 Pint, whipped
  No.2 can pineapple 1 Can (10 oz), crushed
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 , minced
  Sweet red pepper/Pimiento 1 , minced
Directions

Soak gelatin in cold watei.
Heat pineapple to boiling point; add gelatin, lemon juice, and sugar; dissolve.
Add cheese.
Let set until it begins to congeal; fold in whipped cream, green and red pepper, or pimiento.
Pour into wet molds; let congeal until firm.
