Simple Potato Salad Nicoise

Ingredients
  New potatoes 250 Gram
  Fine green beans 150 Gram, trimmed
  Cos lettuce 2 , torn into bite-sized pieces
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , quartered
  Plum tomatoes 4 , quartered
  Cucumber 1⁄4 , chopped into bite-sized pieces
  Black olives 20 , pitted
  Wholegrain mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Caster sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender, adding the beans 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Drain and refresh under cold, running water.
Drain well.
Arrange the lettuce pieces in a large salad bowl or serving dish.
Toss together the potatoes, beans, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, and olives, and tip them over the lettuce in the bowl.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients and season well.
