Potato Salad With Dill

Ingredients
  Red thin skinned potatoes 2 Pound (medium-sized ones)
  Dill sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Red bell pepper slivers 5 (optional)
Directions

In a 5- to 6-quart pan, bring about 3 quarts water to a boil.
Add potatoes, cover, and boil gently until tender when pierced, 25 to 30 minutes; drain.
When cool, cut into 1/4 inch-thick slices.
Mix sauce and potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
