Summer Watermelon Tomato Salad

When you are bored of eating watermelon in the late summers, jazz up the fruit with Watermelon Tomato Salad. It is little bit different from other watermelon salads. Serve Watermelon Tomato Salad immediately. The recipe combines the sweet taste of watermelon and salty flavors of kalamata olives.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  English cucumber 1 Large, sliced
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Kalamata olives 1 Tablespoon
  Feta cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh basil 1 Cup (16 tbs), choped
  Fresh mint 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice onions and dice English cucumber.
2. Chop watermelon.

MAKING
3. In a mixing bowl, combine onions and cucumber. Sprinkle salt, sugar and cayenne pepper.
4. In another mixing bowl, combine marinated onions and cucumber and chopped basil and mint. Toss it well.
5. Add feta cheese and olive oil. Toss it well.

SERVING
6. Serve it as an appetizer.
