1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
1 Large, sliced
1 Cup (16 tbs), choped
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1. Slice onions and dice English cucumber.
2. Chop watermelon.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine onions and cucumber. Sprinkle salt, sugar and cayenne pepper.
4. In another mixing bowl, combine marinated onions and cucumber and chopped basil and mint. Toss it well.
5. Add feta cheese and olive oil. Toss it well.
