Broiled Pepper Salad

Ingredients
  Yellow pepper 1 , halved
  Red pepper 1 , halved
  Green pepper 1 , halved
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped
  Dry shallot 1 , chopped
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (from 1/2 lemon)
Directions

Preheat oven at broil.
Place peppers cut-side-down in baking dish. Sprinkle each with few drops of olive oil and season well. Place on middle rack in preheated oven and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Place garlic, shallot, parsley, tarragon, remaining oil, vinegar and lemon juice in small bowl. Season and mix well, using whisk.
Pour dressing over peppers, season and marinate until cooled.
