Herbs-Seasoned Potato Salad

Ingredients
  New potatoes/Waxy old potatoes 6 Large
  French dressing/Vinaigrette sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped mint 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives/Spring onion 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel and cut into dice whilst still hot.
Mix while hot with the dressing and the herbs and a little seasoning.
Serve cold.
