Smoked Oyster Salad
|Long grain rice||1⁄2 Pound|
|French dressing||1 Pint|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Pepper||1 (Red / Green)|
|Smoked oysters||2 Can (20 oz)|
Cook rice in usual way, drain well.
Combine French dressing and curry powder in small jar, shake well.
Arrange rice in serving dish, pour dressing over; fork dressing lightly through rice.
Cool. Chop celery, chives and pepper.
Add to rice with the drained smoked oysters, toss lightly.
