Mixed Vegetable Salad
|New potatoes/Null||3 Large (Null)|
|Turnips/Null||3 (New Ones)|
|Shelled peas/Null||1⁄2 Pint (Null)|
|New carrots/Null||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm) (Null)|
|Chopped parsley/Null||1 Tablespoon (Null)|
|Chopped mint/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
Cook the vegetables and slice the carrots, potatoes and young turnips.
Save some of each vegetable for garnish and toss the rest in the salad dressing with the herbs.
Put the mixture in a suitable dish and garnish with the remainder.
