Red Cabbage And Sweet Corn Salad

Ingredients
  Red cabbage 3 Pound, cored and finely shredded
  French dressing 1⁄4 Pint
  Cucumber 1 , diced
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Sweet corn kernels 22 Ounce, drained (2 Can)
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely grated
  Clear honey 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Put the cabbage in a large bowl with the dressing. Toss and leave for 2 hours. Put the diced cucumber and seasoning in a bowl and leave for 2 hours.
Drain off any excess moisture from the cucumber and add with the corn, lemon rind and honey to the cabbage. Toss thoroughly.
