Red Cabbage And Sweet Corn Salad
|Red cabbage||3 Pound, cored and finely shredded|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Pint|
|Cucumber||1 , diced|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Sweet corn kernels||22 Ounce, drained (2 Can)|
|Lemon rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely grated|
|Clear honey||1 Teaspoon|
Put the cabbage in a large bowl with the dressing. Toss and leave for 2 hours. Put the diced cucumber and seasoning in a bowl and leave for 2 hours.
Drain off any excess moisture from the cucumber and add with the corn, lemon rind and honey to the cabbage. Toss thoroughly.
