Hot Turkey Salad
|Cubed cooked turkey/Chicken||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Slivered almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted|
|Dried thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Potato chips||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
In a greased 2-qt.baking dish, combine the first eight ingredients.
Top with potato chips.
Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 15 minutes or until heated through.
