Ingredients
  Cooked rotini 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Corkscrew Pasta)
  Broccoli florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered
  Lean ham 3 Ounce, diced
  Carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), vertically sliced
  Ripe olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Dried basil 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Fat free sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low fat buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ranch dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl.
Combine sour cream, buttermilk, and dressing; stir well.
Pour over salad; toss to coat.
