Simple Sesame Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh green beans 1 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon (toasted)
Directions

Wash beans; trim ends, and remove strings.
Cook, covered, in boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain; rinse under cold water, and drain.
Heat oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and red pepper; saute until garlic is browned.
Remove mixture from heat, and let cool.
Combine garlic mixture, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; stir well.
Combine beans, lemon juice mixture, and sesame seeds in a medium bowl, tossing well.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
