Fruit Slaw Salad
|Cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs), finley chopped|
|Pineapple pieces||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Capsicum||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Spring onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Skin oranges, separate sections and peel carefully taking care not to break them.
In a salad bowl, combine cabbage, capsicum, onion, pineapple, mayonnaise and salt.
Chop lettuce finely and arrange around salad.
Place orange sections on lettuce.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on oranges.
Chill and serve.
