Fruit Slaw Salad

Ingredients
  Orange 3
  Cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs), finley chopped
  Pineapple pieces 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Capsicum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Spring onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 1
Directions

Skin oranges, separate sections and peel carefully taking care not to break them.
In a salad bowl, combine cabbage, capsicum, onion, pineapple, mayonnaise and salt.
Chop lettuce finely and arrange around salad.
Place orange sections on lettuce.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on oranges.
Chill and serve.
