Crabmeat Salad Bites

Ingredients
  Long grain and wild rice 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Frozen crabmeat 12 Ounce, thawed and drained (2 Package)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
  Green onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Pastry barquettes/Tiny tarts 5 Dozen
Directions

Cook contents of rice and seasoning packets with water according to package directions.
Cover and chill well.
Combine rice, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.
Mix well.
Flake crab-meat.
Fold in crabmeat, celery and green onion.
Serve in cooled, baked pastry barquettes or tiny tarts.
