Crabmeat Salad Bites
|Long grain and wild rice||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Frozen crabmeat||12 Ounce, thawed and drained (2 Package)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped|
|Green onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Pastry barquettes/Tiny tarts||5 Dozen|
Cook contents of rice and seasoning packets with water according to package directions.
Cover and chill well.
Combine rice, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.
Fold in crabmeat, celery and green onion.
Serve in cooled, baked pastry barquettes or tiny tarts.
