Carrot Raisin Salad With Non Fat Dressing
|Shredded raw carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain nonfat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
In a bowl, combine carrots and raisins.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice.
Stir to mix well.
Pour over carrot-raisin mixture and mix well.
