Carrot Raisin Salad With Non Fat Dressing

Ingredients
  Shredded raw carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain nonfat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a bowl, combine carrots and raisins.
Mix thoroughly.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice.
Stir to mix well.
Pour over carrot-raisin mixture and mix well.
