Ingredients
  Red leaf lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Bibb lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Large, cut into wedges
  Green pepper 1 Large, seeded and cut into rings
  Green onions 6 , cut into 1-inch pieces
  Shredded nonfat mozzarella cheese 2 Ounce
  Dijon dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently.
Serve salad with Dijon Dressing.
