Hot Fruit Salad

|Dried figs/Null||4 Ounce (100 Gram)|
|Firm bananas/Null||2 Large, peeled and thickly sliced (Null)|
|Fresh peaches/Null||2 Large, skinned, halved, stoned and sliced (Null)|
|Oranges/Null||2 Large, peel and pith removed, and cut into segments (Null)|
|Lemons juice/Null||4 Tablespoon (Juice Of 2 Lemons)|
|Stoned raisins/Null||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Ground cinnamon/Null||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (5 Milliliter)|
|Ground ginger/Null||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled) (2.5 Milliliter)|
1. Put the dried apricots and figs into a large ovenproof serving dish and add 450 ml (54 pint) cold water. Three-quarters cover the fruits with cling film and microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes, until the fruits are almost tender. Stir two or three times during cooking.
2. Add the remaining fruits, lemon juice, raisins and spices and stir well. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until very hot hut not boiling.
