Ingredients
  Dried apricots/Null 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Dried figs/Null 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Firm bananas/Null 2 Large, peeled and thickly sliced (Null)
  Fresh peaches/Null 2 Large, skinned, halved, stoned and sliced (Null)
  Oranges/Null 2 Large, peel and pith removed, and cut into segments (Null)
  Lemons juice/Null 4 Tablespoon (Juice Of 2 Lemons)
  Stoned raisins/Null 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Ground cinnamon/Null 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (5 Milliliter)
  Ground ginger/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled) (2.5 Milliliter)
  Cloves/Null 6 (Null)
Directions

1. Put the dried apricots and figs into a large ovenproof serving dish and add 450 ml (54 pint) cold water. Three-quarters cover the fruits with cling film and microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes, until the fruits are almost tender. Stir two or three times during cooking.
2. Add the remaining fruits, lemon juice, raisins and spices and stir well. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until very hot hut not boiling.
