Spiced Mandarin Mould

Ingredients
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce (1 Can / 1 1/3 Cups)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 6 Inch
  Whole cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Broken california walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain oranges, reserving syrup.
Add vvater to syrup to make 1 3/4 cups.
In saucepan, combine syrup mixture, salt, and spices.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes; remove from heat; let stand covered 10 minutes to steep.
Strain.
Add gelatin to syrup mixture; stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Chill till partially set.
Stir in oranges and nuts; turn into a 6 cup mold.
Chill till firm.
