Tomato And Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 8 Large, sliced
  Cucumbers 2 , sliced
  Onions 8 Ounce, peeled and cut into rings
For the dressing:
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Pint
  Garlic vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Arrange alternate layers of tomato slices, cucumber slices and onion rings on a serving plate.
Shake the dressing ingredients together with pepper to taste in a screwtop jar. Pour evenly over the salad. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours to infuse the flavours.
