Three Bean Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Prepared italian salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thinly sliced onion rings 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Rice/Premium long grain rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Original Rice)
  Lettuce leaf 4
Directions

Mix beans, salad dressing, onion, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and the pepper in large bowl; set aside to allow flavors to blend.
Meanwhile, bring water and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt to a full boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in rice.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fold rice into bean mixture.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
