Three Bean Rice Salad
|Prepared italian salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced onion rings||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Rice/Premium long grain rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Original Rice)|
Mix beans, salad dressing, onion, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and the pepper in large bowl; set aside to allow flavors to blend.
Meanwhile, bring water and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt to a full boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in rice.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fold rice into bean mixture.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
