Caesar Salad With Avocado
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Torn lettuce||2 Quart (1 Large Or 2 Small Heads)|
|Canned anchovy||3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper, and cheese in salad bowl.
Add lettuce and anchovies; toss.
Break egg onto salad and toss until flecks of yolk disappear.
Add avocado and croutons; toss gently.
