Melon Salad

  Cantaloupe 1
  Honeydew melon 1
  Watermelon 1⁄2
  Mint 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), shredded (Or 1 Small Bunch)

Halve cantaloupe and honeydew melon and scoop out seeds.
Cut flesh into balls or pieces using a melon bailer or knife.
Remove as many seeds from watermelon as possible.
Cut flesh into balls or pieces.Place all melon pieces in a serving bowl.
Sprinkle mint over and stir.
Cover and chill until serving time.
