Chef's Salad

Ingredients
  Crisp lettuce 2 Large
  Cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, sliced or cubed
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, quartered
  Vegetable luncheon meat slice 6 , cut into long strips
For the dressing
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil/Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and thoroughly dry the lettuces and break them into small pieces.
Place in a large wooden bowl.
Add the cheese, tomatoes and luncheon 'meat' to the lettuce.
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a jug.
Beat well and pour over the salad.
Toss, and serve immediately.
