Green Salad With Dijon Mustard Dressing

  Spinach 750 Milliliter (3 Cup)
  Head of lettuce 1⁄2
  Celery stalks 4 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , diced
  Cucumber 1 , rinsed and sliced
  Chopped chives 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Green olives 6 , pitted and sliced
  Avocado 1 , pitted peeled and sliced
  Dijon mustard dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Vegetable oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste

Wash and drain spinach and lettuce and combine with celery and green pepper.
Place row of cucumber slices around edge of salad dish.
Sprinkle chives over.
To make dressing, combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well.
Toss spinach mixture with dressing, pile into center of serving dish and garnish salad with olives and avocado slices.
