Citrus And Mango Salad With Cream Dressing

|Oranges||3 , peeled and white pith removed|
|Celery stalks||3 , cut into pieces|
|Canned mango||16 Ounce, slices, drained (450 Gram)|
|Cucumber||1 , scored, sliced|
|Green onions||6 , finely sliced|
|Cream dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Cream||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Chopped parsley||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Wash lettuce and arrange leaves on a serving plate.
Segment the oranges.
To make celery curls, slice the celery length wise leaving one end uncut.
Drop celery into iced water until it curls.
Arrange mango slices, orange segments, celery curls and cucumber on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with green onions and refrigerate until ready to serve.
To make dressing, mix all ingredients well, stand 15-20 minutes before using and serve separately.
