Artichoke Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked artichoke hearts 6 , quartered
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Cubed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Stalk celery 1⁄2 , diced
  Pitted black olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 2 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix mayonnaise with curry powder. Set aside.
Place artichoke hearts, green onions, pineapple, rice, celery and olives in bowl. Pour mayonnaise over salad ingredients and mix well.
Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
