Party Chicken Salad
|Diced cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Seedless white grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chilled and chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blanched almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved or slivered|
Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and salt; chill several hours.
Add celery, grapes, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and almonds; toss lightly.
Season salad with salt to taste.
Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
