Orange Perfection Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , peeled sectioned and diced
  Shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lettuce 4
Directions

Advance preparation: Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin, sugar, and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water, orange juice, and vinegar; chill till partially set.
Fold in diced orange, shredded cabbage, and celery; turn into 3 1/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Before serving: Unmold onto lettuce-lined plate.
Trim with an orange twist, if desired.
