Watercress Salad Plate

Ingredients
  Watercress 450 Centigram
  Soy sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  White pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Wash watercress well and blanch in boiling water for 5 seconds. Remove, plunge into cold water and drain. Cut watercress coarsely into 2" (5 cm) lengths.
2. Combine dressing sauce mixture in bowl and blend well.
