Delicious Potato Salad

Ingredients
  New potatoes 2 Pound (1 Kilogram)
  Onions spring 6 , chopped
  Sun dried tomatoes in oil 8 , drained and sliced
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh basil leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), torn (Handful Of)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender but still firm.
Tip into a colander to drain well.
Toss the warm potatoes and the remaining ingredients together in a large serving bowl.
Taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
