Tonno Con Faggioli
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), cut|
|Tuna||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Lemon juice||2 1⁄4 Tablespoon (3 Dessertspoons)|
|Haricot beans||6 Ounce, soaked overnight and freshly cooked until tender (1 Tea Cup)|
Rub the salad bowl with the cut clove of garlic.
Drain the tuna and beat the tuna oil with lemon juice.
Pour into the salad bowl and add French or snap beans and drained haricot beans.
Toss thoroughly and season well to taste with salt and freshly milled pepper.
