Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  Garlic clove 2 Large, minced
  Anchovy paste 1 Teaspoon, mashed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Torn romaine lettuce 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Sargento Fancy Cheese)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl, combine garlic, anchovies, salt and pepper.
Whisk in lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Slowly add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened.
In large bowl, gently toss together lettuce and dressing; add Parmesan cheese.
Toss gently.
Top with crout
