Ingredients
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
  Torn spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Fresh)
  Thinly sliced romaine lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Watermelon balls 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Inch)
  Sliced strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumber slice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thinly sliced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), separated into rings
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk.
Set aside.
Combine spinach and remaining 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Drizzle dressing over salad, and toss gently to coat.
