Hot Tuna Salads In Avocado Shells

Ingredients
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Medium Stalks)
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced pimiento 2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Avocados 3
  Grated cheddar/Taco seasoned cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Directions

1. Mix celery, tuna, mayonnaise, pimiento and chili powder. Cut each avocado lengthwise into halves; remove pit. Cut thin layer from bottom of each half to prevent tipping if necessary.
2. Arrange avocados cut sides up in circle with narrow ends to center on 12-inch plate. Spoon about 1/4 cup tuna mixture onto each avocado half, spreading to cover entire cut surface. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; rotate plate 1/2 turn. Microwave uncovered until tuna mixture is hot and cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
