  Carrots 3 Large
  Lettuce 1
  French dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Grate the carrots finely and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle with the French dressing.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
