|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in cold water, salt and pineapple (with syrup).
Chill until slightly thickened but not set.
Stir in carrots.
Pour into 4-cup ring mold or into 6 individual molds.
Chill until firm.
